Delivery within a 15km radius of Sans Souci can be delivered free of charge. 

Cushion covers and lighter items that don’t include the cushion insert up to 5kg can be delivered anywhere in Australia in a medium Australia Post envelope for $12.00

All larger items and items above 5kg I will get a quote for Australia Post or a courier and we will discuss before sending

RETURNS

We do not offer refunds for returns, instead we issue Credit Notes

  • Your item(s) must be returned within 30 days of first receiving the parcel, including faulty products

  • Items must be unused, unwashed and with all tags & original packaging intact

  • We do not accept returns on sale items or clearance items

  • Return shipping is to be covered and paid for by the customer

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of the original shipping will be deducted from approved credit notes
